Ascension Energy Healing?
Maitreya Ascension Energy Healing is a channeled healing modality that works with the frequencies of divine source energy—referred to as “The Creator of All Sources.”
This healing aims to restore energetic balance, rejuvenate your body, and harmonize your chakras and auric field.
Each session is a sacred space for deep inner alignment, supporting your personal growth and ascension journey.
What to Expect During Healing Session?
This is a private 1 to 1 session for 60 minutes.
You’ll be invited to lie down comfortably on a healing bed or sit in a relaxed position. The only requirement is to be open and receptive. The energy will flow intuitively, guided by what is most needed for your healing and alignment in that moment.
During the session, you may experience sensations such as warmth, coolness, or gentle tingling. Some people feel deeply relaxed or emotional, while others may simply feel peaceful or light. Every experience is unique and valid—trust that your body and spirit are receiving exactly what they need.
After the session, we’ll have a short consultation to reflect on your experience and share any insights or intuitive guidance that may support your integration process.
Thereafter, we recommend a follow-up session four to six weeks later.

In this 30-minute experience, Krishine weaves together intuitive tarot, psychic insight, and channeled messages from your spirit guides to offer guidance.
Whether you're facing questions around love and relationships, career, or your spiritual path, each session is a sacred space for truth, alignment, and empowerment.
With higher perspective and clarity, you'll begin to see the bigger picture, shift stagnant energy, and walk away feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to your next step.
What to Expect During A Psychic, Intuitive & Channeled Guidance Session?
My intention is to share with you a fresh perspective on your energy and situation, empowering you to become the conscious creator of your own experience and journey. As spiritual beings having a physical experience, we have the power to shape our reality.

I use my intuitive abilities to channel messages from your Spirit Guide. As a psychic, I receive guidance through clairaudience (hearing), clairvoyance (seeing), clairsentience (sensing and feeling), and claircognizance (knowing).

The Tarot cards serve as a tool to enhance and clarify these messages, offering a comprehensive view of all aspects of your life.
How to Prepare?
Come with an open mind and heart, and grant me permission to channel you healing energy and to connect with your Highest Self and Your Primary Guide.
Your Primary Guide and Higher Self honor the Law of Free Will and the Law of Receiving, meaning they can only assist you if you allow them to. The more open you are, the more profound the insights you will receive.
To support the deepest healing and clarity, we ask that you avoid alcohol, recreational substances, and sexual activity for at least 3 days before your session. This helps prepare your body and energy field to fully receive and integrate the work.
Please note that clients who arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be able to proceed with the session, and no refund will be provided.​
On the day of your session, wear comfortable clothing and give yourself permission to arrive with a calm and open heart.
How Often Can I Get Healing Guidance Sessions?
Typically, a follow-up session is recommended 1 month after the healing and initial insights have begun manifesting in your experience. However, the timeline and outcomes depend on the actions you choose to take on your journey.
Frequent guidance sessions in a short period may lead to:
1) Receiving repetitive messages you already know.
2) Losing focus or feeling stuck due to over-reliance on external guidance instead of taking empowered action.
Can I Record the Session?
Yes, feel free to record your session.
Some messages may not immediately make sense but could become clearer over time. Revisiting your recording can provide deeper insights as your journey unfolds.
After Care
After your session, we encourage you to drink plenty of water, slow down, and give yourself space to rest as the energies begin to settle. For a few days, it’s best to avoid high-intensity activities so your body and spirit can fully integrate the work.

If possible, keep your schedule light at the end of your session day and into the following day. This time of stillness will support the healing energies in weaving more deeply within you.

To continue supporting your journey, we will reach out with a follow-up call about 3 to 4 weeks after your integration period.
