Product Purchases
All product sales are final. Items purchased cannot be returned or refunded.
Service Purchases
Refunds and cancellations for private sessions and classes are subject to the following terms:
Services with In-House Practitioners:

If an in-house practitioner cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund, minus administrative fees.

Cancellations made by the client are non-refundable.

Clients may reschedule once if requested at least 3 business days in advance, without penalty. However, any further rescheduling requests will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered non-refundable. If the rescheduled session is subsequently canceled, it will also be non-refundable.

Services with Visitor Practitioners & Teachers:

Client-initiated cancellations are non-refundable, as the visiting teacher or practitioner arranges their flights and accommodations based on the confirmation of the entire schedule, including the group class and all private sessions.

If a visiting practitioner or teacher cancels a session or group class due to insufficient attendance or other unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund, minus administrative fees.
