What is Maitreya
Ascension Energy Healing?
Maitreya Ascension Energy Healing is a channeled healing modality that works with the frequencies of divine source energy—referred to as “The Creator of All Sources.”
This healing aims to restore energetic balance, rejuvenate your body, and harmonize your chakras and auric field.
Each session is a sacred space for deep inner alignment, supporting your personal growth and ascension journey.
What to Expect?
This is a private 1 to 1 session for 60 minutes.
You’ll be invited to lie down comfortably on a healing bed or sit in a relaxed position. The only requirement is to be open and receptive. The energy will flow intuitively, guided by what is most needed for your healing and alignment in that moment.
During the session, you may experience sensations such as warmth, coolness, or gentle tingling. Some people feel deeply relaxed or emotional, while others may simply feel peaceful or light. Every experience is unique and valid—trust that your body and spirit are receiving exactly what they need.
After the session, we’ll have a short consultation to reflect on your experience and share any insights or intuitive guidance that may support your integration process.
Thereafter, we recommend a follow-up session four to six weeks later.
Before & After Care
To support the deepest healing possible,
please abstain from alcohol and recreational substances for at least 3 days before your session.
This helps prepare your body and energy field to fully receive and integrate the healing.
On the day of your session, wear comfortable clothing and give yourself permission to arrive with a calm and open heart.
After your session, drink plenty of water and allow time to slow down and rest for the energies to settle in.
