What is Basic
Awareness Meditation?

This is a foundational meditation class designed to cultivate Awareness, Self-Healing, Energy Restoration, and Spiritual Advancement.

 

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator, you are welcome to participate. Strongly recommended for energy practitioners and advanced meditators.

Stay Grounded

The practice reinforces grounding techniques, ensuring you remain firmly anchored in the present moment while accessing elevated states.

Recommendations

Post-Class Practice:
It is recommended to continue practicing on your own daily after class to deepen the benefits and maintain the progress achieved.

 

Temporary Discomfort:
As you work through accumulated blockages and tensions—often built up over a lifetime—you may experience temporary discomfort, which is a natural part of the release process during the week. Refer back to the practice when experiencing discomfort.

How to Prepare?

Cleanse your space with sage or
palo santo before the session begins.

 

Prepare a bottle of drinking water
to stay grounded and hydrated.

 

Wear loose, comfortable clothing
for ease during meditation.

 

Be in a quiet, undisturbed space
where you can fully drop in.

 

For optimal experience, please avoid alcohol or psychedelics for at least 3 days before your session.
