How to Prepare?
Come with an open-heart and mind.
Please wear loose and comfortable clothes for easy breathing and movement.
Kindly share with us in advance if you are pregnant, grieving a recent loss, or recovering from a serious illness, so we can hold the space for you with the utmost care and sensitivity.
We kindly ask that you keep your schedule clear at the close of the retreat and the following day.
For the depth of the work, we ask that you refrain from sexual intimacy, alcohol, and recreational drugs for 3 days before the retreat.
Please note that we cannot hold sessions for clients who arrive under the influence, and in such cases, the service fee is non-refundable
